Job Title: Senior Associate Attorney
Location: (Remote with Hybrid Component)
Work Model: Fully remote, with occasional court appearances and onsite meetings
Salary: $90,000 annually

Must-Haves
Active license to practice law in Pennsylvania (PA)
Ability to travel to various courts within PA for hearings, appearances, and required onsite meetings
Required Skills
Excellent legal research, writing, and oral communication skills
Ability to handle high-volume caseloads
Strong ability to analyze legal and regulatory risks
Effective negotiation skills with opposing counsel
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Outstanding time management and organizational abilities
Preferred Skills
Licensed in multiple states such as GA, SC, TN, FL, VA, MD, MI, OH or UBE passage
Experience in:
Creditors’ Rights law
Bankruptcy
Collection law
Civil litigation
Experience Requirements
3+ years of experience in bankruptcy, collection, or civil litigation
Education Requirements
J.D. from an accredited law school
Active license to practice law in PA
