Position Overview:
Project is part of the New York HBITS initiative supporting the CUNY work program to deploy Workday HR and Finance modules. The role focuses on Oracle Access Management (OAM), SSO/Federation, directory services, and IAM infrastructure integration with Workday.

Position Overview:
Project is part of the New York HBITS initiative supporting the CUNY work program to deploy Workday HR and Finance modules. The role focuses on Oracle Access Management (OAM), SSO/Federation, directory services, and IAM infrastructure integration with Workday.
Responsibilities:
- Configure and customize OAM in high availability mode with SSO features (SAML, OAuth, OIDC, MFA)
- Integrate Workday with CUNY IAM systems and patch/maintain OAM environments
- Automate tasks using Java, Shell, PowerShell, or JavaScript (including SSL config)
- Develop login pages, authentication plug-ins, SAML profiles
- Set up Oracle Unified Directory (OUD), extend schema, and manage virtual attributes
- Collaborate with vendors and application owners to implement SSO integrations
- Troubleshoot issues across OS, middleware, and network layers
- Use Oracle APIs within IAM tools (OAA, OARM)
- Modify/create BI Publisher reports (PeopleSoft, Workday)
- Document configurations and provide knowledge transfer to CUNY staff
Qualifications:
- 7 years of experience with Oracle IAM tools (OAM, OHS, OAA, OARM, OAAM, RADIUS) in high availability environments
- 7 years of experience troubleshooting integrations across OS, load balancers, and firewalls
- 7 years of experience customizing OAM for Header-Based SSO, SAML, OAuth, OIDC, MFA
- 7 years of experience configuring Oracle Unified Directory including schema and attributes
- 7 years of scripting with Java, Shell, PowerShell, JavaScript for automation and SSL/API usage
- 7 years of experience with SAML/Federation tools (SimpleSAMLPHP, Shibboleth, Okta, Ping)
- 7 years of experience deploying Oracle 12c Microservices in containers; Kubernetes familiarity
- 7 years of experience with WebLogic for application deployment and access configuration
- 7 years of experience integrating Active Directory and migrating from LDAP to SSO
- 7 years of experience developing BI Publisher reports
