Job Title: Systems Developer

Agency: Office of Child & Family Services
Location: Onsite/Hybrid (Albany, NY)
Rate: Depends on experience


Position Overview:
Project is part of the New York HBITS initiative to develop a .NET-based Facility Application Management System. Work includes application design, coding, testing, and database development.


Responsibilities:
  • Develop ASP.NET MVC applications.
  • Perform analysis, design, and unit testing.
  • Write complex VB.NET code.
  • Create PL/SQL packages and procedures.
  • Collaborate with BA and technical leads.
  • Follow SDLC practices in an Agile environment.

Qualifications:
  • 7+ years in .NET web application development.
  • 6+ years in PL/SQL development.
  • 5+ years using MVC design pattern.
  • 3+ years with C# and SQL Server.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or related field.
