This role will oversee the design, implementation, and evaluation of research activities focused on judicial officer time studies and resource allocation modeling. Client may require visit to various locations throughout the State of Maryland to assist with completing the workload assessment. The position is contingent upon award.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end execution of research studies, including timelines and deliverables.
- Design and implement data collection methodologies for workload evaluation.
- Supervise survey design, focus group facilitation, and field research activities.
- Lead data analysis efforts to inform judicial staffing models and policy decisions.
- Guide documentation and reporting of research findings to client stakeholders.
- Collaborate with courts, legal experts, and operational teams.
- Ensure high-quality research outputs that meet project goals and compliance standards.
Qualifications:
- Experience with legal/judicial workload studies and research implementation.
- Strong expertise in both qualitative and quantitative research methods.
- Ability to manage large-scale research projects with diverse inputs.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Familiarity with court operations and state judicial structures.
- Demonstrated ability to synthesize complex data into clear, actionable insights
