Position Overview
We are seeking a Senior Associate Attorney to join a growing legal team in a fully remote capacity, with required travel for court appearances and onsite meetings throughout Pennsylvania. This role is ideal for a motivated attorney who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has strong experience handling high-volume caseloads in creditors’ rights, bankruptcy, collections, or civil litigation.
Must-Have Qualifications
Active license to practice law in Pennsylvania (PA)
Ability to travel to courts across PA for hearings, appearances, and required meetings
Required Skills & Competencies
Excellent legal research, writing, and oral advocacy skills
Proven ability to manage high-volume caseloads efficiently
Strong analytical skills to assess legal and regulatory risk
Effective negotiation skills with opposing counsel
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Outstanding time management, organization, and prioritization abilities
Preferred Qualifications
Licensed in additional states such as GA, SC, TN, FL, VA, MD, MI, OH, or UBE passage
Prior experience in one or more of the following areas:
Creditors’ Rights Law
Bankruptcy
Collection Law
Civil Litigation
Experience Requirements
3+ years of experience in bankruptcy, collection, or civil litigation
Education Requirements
Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school
Active license to practice law in Pennsylvania
