Key Responsibilities:
- Assist nurses and medical staff in delivering high-quality patient care.
- Monitor and report changes in patient condition to the healthcare team.
- Support infants requiring specialized care, including those with critical medical conditions.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized patient environment.
- Assist in preparing medical supplies and equipment as needed.
- Document patient information accurately and promptly.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare professionals.
Qualifications:
- High School diploma or equivalent required.
- Minimum two years of current Nursing Assistant experience or equivalent.
- At least one year of hospital experience required.
- Completed a nursing assistant course or equivalent experience.
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.
- Strong teamwork, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-acuity setting.
