Location: Buffalo, NY (Hybrid – up to 50%)
Rate: Depends on experience
Position Overview:
Project is part of the New York HBITS initiative providing IT support for CONNECTIONS, a child welfare application. Candidate should have strong experience in technical support and child welfare system training.

Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support for CONNECTIONS via in-person, email, and phone
- Deliver one-on-one and group training
- Conduct instruction on new system features
- Present to frontline staff
- Ensure data entry compliance
- Review training documents
- Assist with data warehouse issues
- Support child welfare systems at local DSS and agency sites
- Attend mandatory state trainings
- Participate in knowledge sharing activities
Qualifications:
- 3 years of IT user support experience
- 3 years supporting system implementations
- 1.5 years of onsite support in a child welfare setting
- 1.5 years of staff training in child welfare systems
- Bachelor’s Degree
