Medical Services Provider
GDR is seeking licensed medical professionals to provide basic health care services at the Collbran Job Corps Center. This role supports the health and wellness of students through routine medical care, monitoring, and preventive services.
Statement of Work / Job Responsibilities
The medical provider will deliver basic health services, including but not limited to:
Medical examinations and health assessments
Treatment of non-emergency conditions
Issuance of prescriptions and immunizations
Monitoring ongoing health conditions
Recommending hospitalization when necessary
Providing follow-up care
Prevention planning and health interventions
All services must be provided in accordance with the Policy and Requirements Handbook (PRH), Exhibit 6-4 – Job Corps Basic Health Care Responsibilities.
Important Notes
Emergency services are NOT included in this role. In emergencies, the center will contact 911.
Contractors are responsible only for basic health care services as outlined in the Statement of Work.
Weekly hours may be flexible as long as all 400 annual hours are completed by the end of the contract period.
Missed days/hours should be made up as soon as possible. Additional hours may be scheduled by mutual agreement.
Qualifications
Must be a licensed medical professional authorized to provide basic health services
Ability to work independently and collaboratively with center staff
Knowledge of preventive care and follow-up treatment planning
