Position Overview

GD Resources LLC is seeking Dining Facility Attendants (Mess Attendants) to support daily food service operations and ensure all tasks are performed in accordance with required standards. This role requires maintaining cleanliness, sanitation, and organization in a fast-paced dining facility environment.

The Role

As a Dining Facility Attendant (Mess Attendant), you shall be responsible for supporting food service operations, maintaining cleanliness, and ensuring all assigned duties are performed in accordance with established standards.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Serve and replenish food
• Clean facilities, equipment, pots, pans, dishes, and utensils
• Perform cashier services
• Handle and prepare food, supplies, and equipment
• Maintain quality control
• Ensure housekeeping services for all dining facilities
• Set up dining areas, serving lines, and food service counters
• Clean and sanitize dining tables, chairs, and service areas
• Replenish dining table items (napkins, condiments, etc.)
• Maintain required guest flow rate during service
• Restock beverages, desserts, and food displays
• Interact with customers in a professional and courteous manner
• Perform dishwashing and sanitation in accordance with required standards
• Clean floors, walls, kitchen areas, and dining spaces
• Remove trash and maintain overall cleanliness of the facility

Qualifications and Experience

• Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand the English language
