MUST Have:
- Experience in SOP, including driving the SOP creation, not just write the SOP.
- Determine who the stakeholders are for the process. Set up meetings, interview and gather requirements, write the SOP, test SOP with Stakeholders, edit and finalize SOP.
- Assertive.
- Self-Starter.
- Get things done.
- Work with little instruction.
- Self-motivated and managed.
- Understand how to navigate within client culture.
- DOES NOT need to be told what to do each time, takes their own initiative.
- Can jump in and take charge, does not wait to take the lead.
- Will work with the various verticals to determine processes necessary and document them.
- Will work with Policy Management to review and document policies needed for the organization.
- Assist in establishing processes for internal controls, document them and be able to communicate them to the organization.
- Work with teams to determine As-Is processes, document them, and determine streamline to-be processes for efficiency.
- Ability to work independently and manage their efforts as projects.
- Be in the office 3 days a week.
- This person must live within 60 miles of Essex, MD
- Writing samples needed – if they can provide a SOP as a sample, that is preferred.
