Job Title: Software Architect
Place of Performance: 161 Delaware Avenue, Delmar, NY 12054
Minimum Experience: 7+ years in Siebel CRM architecture and configuration
Rate: $74/hr – $107/hr
Employment Type: Contract
Contract Duration: 30 Months
Work Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM
Telecommuting: Yes (Negotiable, partial remote)

Position Overview:
GD Resources is seeking an experienced Software Architect to support a critical state-wide case management system built on the Oracle Siebel CRM platform. This system plays a vital role in protecting vulnerable populations through continuous reporting, investigation, and compliance tracking. The selected consultant will serve as an expert resource for system configuration, performance optimization, and technical troubleshooting, while contributing to long-term platform enhancements aligned with evolving business needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Configure and debug Siebel Public Sector apps, servers, and tools.

  • Install, patch, and manage Siebel components.

  • Perform system health checks and ensure application uptime.

  • Customize Siebel case management system using Siebel Tools.

  • Query and update data using SQL Developer.

  • Conduct unit testing and support QA processes.

  • Fix defects found during functional and user acceptance testing.

  • Handle technical support tickets through ITSM.

  • Document development work and create functional design documents.

  • Build automated test scripts for new features and releases.

Qualifications:

  • 7+ years of experience with Siebel architecture, configuration, and tools.

  • 7+ years with Siebel EIM, EAI, and web services integration.

  • 7+ years of workflow development in Siebel CRM Public Sector 8.x or higher.

  • 7+ years working with Siebel web templates, JavaScript, jQuery, or .NET.

  • 1+ year experience with Siebel IP 2017+, Oracle Cloud, Siebel Workspace, and migration.

  • 7+ years troubleshooting and resolving Siebel CRM issues.

  • 1+ year experience with automated testing in Siebel.
