Position Overview

GD Resources LLC is seeking reliable and detail-oriented Dining Facility Attendants to support kitchen sanitation and dining facility operations. This role is essential to maintaining a clean, safe, and efficient environment by ensuring all sanitation and safety standards are consistently met during scheduled work periods.

The Role

The Dining Facility Attendant will perform sanitation, facility upkeep, and non-cooking support tasks to ensure the smooth and hygienic operation of the dining facility. All duties must be carried out in compliance with established hygiene, safety, and operational requirements.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Perform cleaning and sanitation of kitchen areas, dining areas, and equipment
• Wash dishes, utensils, pots, and pans; maintain cleanliness of dishwashing areas
• Clean and sanitize tables, serving lines, and high-touch surfaces
• Remove trash and maintain waste disposal areas
• Maintain cleanliness of floors, walls, and work surfaces
• Support dining facility operations to ensure continuous cleanliness during service
• Follow a “clean-as-you-go” approach to uphold sanitation standards
• Adhere to all installation rules, safety procedures, and operational requirements
• Comply with all security and access procedures while on the installation

Qualifications and Experience

• Training in hygiene and sanitary requirements is required
• Must maintain high standards of personal cleanliness and hygiene at all times
• Knowledge of and compliance with food safety and sanitation standards (FDA Food Code)
• Must not have communicable diseases or conditions that could impact food safety
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
• Must comply with installation regulations, including safety, security, and conduct requirements
• Required to wear proper uniforms and identification while on site
• Must pass all required background checks for installation access
• Ability to follow all instructions related to facility access, identification, and security procedures

Work Environment

• Work is performed in a kitchen and dining facility setting
• May involve standing for extended periods and exposure to cleaning chemicals and kitchen equipment
• Schedule may include shifts aligned with meal service operations
