Job Title: Training Support Services Facilitator
Place of Performance: The work will be performed within the organization's area of responsibility, including California, Arizona, Nevada, New Mexico, Texas, Oklahoma, and Arkansas.
Rate: $45/hr - $55/hr
Duration: 12 months
Employment Status: Contingent upon contract award
Position Overview: The Contractor will provide essential training to educate Facility Coordinators, Site Commanders, and Site Support Staff on effectively managing their facilities in alignment with Army Reserve regulations and policies. The training will enhance their ability to adhere to the required standards and procedures. The organization operates a geographically dispersed region covering seven states, managing over 200 sites with approximately 9 million square feet of building area. The training support provided by the contractor is critical for ensuring facilities are managed and maintained according to applicable regulations.

Key Responsibilities
Include but are not limited to the following:
- Conduct training sessions for Facility Coordinators, Site Commanders, and Site Support Staff.
- Update and maintain existing training materials as required.
- Implement approved modifications to the training materials.
- Ensure compliance with applicable regulations and policies during the training process.
- Perform tasks in accordance with the Performance Work Statement (PWS)
Required Qualifications:
- Minimum of five years of experience conducting and facilitating Facility Coordinator/Site Commander Training Courses at an Army Reserve Division/ MSC level.
- Proven ability to update and maintain training materials effectively.
Compliance:
- Adherence to all applicable federal, state, and local laws, regulations, and guidance.
