GD Resources LLC is seeking a reliable and experienced Janitorial Services Technician to perform routine cleaning and maintenance services for the Winn Ranger District Office and Winn Work Center. The ideal candidate will have prior commercial cleaning experience, strong attention to detail, and the ability to maintain a clean, safe, and professional environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform general cleaning duties including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and dusting
• Clean and sanitize restrooms, break areas, and common spaces
• Empty and dispose of trash from approximately 30 receptacles, including large containers
• Clean interior and exterior windows, glass surfaces, and doors
• Maintain cleanliness of approximately 5,250 sq. ft. of carpeted office space, including periodic deep cleaning and semi-annual steam cleaning
• Ensure all work is completed according to established schedules (twice weekly, non-consecutive days)
• Use and maintain cleaning equipment and supplies properly
• Follow all safety procedures and use appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE)

Qualifications:

• Previous janitorial or commercial cleaning experience required
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality work
• Ability to lift, carry, and use cleaning equipment and supplies
• Reliable transportation and punctuality required
• Must be able to comply with site access requirements (work performed in coordination with on-site staff)

Work Schedule:

• Services performed twice per week
• Flexible scheduling between 7:30 AM and 4:00 PM
• Days must be non-consecutive and approved by customer
