Production Manager

GD Resources is seeking a Production Manager to oversee production operations, supply chain, and quality control for manufacturing programs.

Education:

Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Business Administration, Operations Management, or Supply Chain Management.

Qualifications:

Preferred certifications: CPIM, CSCP, Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and/or PMP.

Experience:

8 years of experience in production or manufacturing with progressive responsibilities.
Experience in production planning, scheduling, inventory management, supply chain management, quality control, and team leadership.
Experience in marine, aerospace, or automotive industries preferred.
Familiarity with manufacturing software (ERP, MRP, MES).
Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles, continuous improvement, waste reduction, and process optimization.
