Purpose:
The Interior Designer supports the Planning Section and is responsible for independently executing interior design, space planning, and project activation tasks for healthcare environments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement design solutions for healthcare spaces
• Prepare AutoCAD drawings, FF&E plans, and presentations
• Review plans for compliance with VA standards (TIL, ABAAS, NFPA, OSHA)
• Develop procurement packages (SOW, IGCE, specs, budgets)
• Coordinate installation, delivery, and activation
• Maintain documentation and oversee punch list completion
• Coordinate with stakeholders across departments

Qualifications:

• Healthcare design experience preferred
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office
• Strong communication and coordination skills

• Bachelor’s Degree OR
• 8–10 years of professional interior design experience
