Position Overview:
Project is part of the New York HBITS initiative supporting the daily production, integration, and modernization of Medpay and Claims systems. Must have strong experience with Oracle PL/SQL, .NET Core, and Azure DevOps tools.

Position Overview:

Responsibilities:
- Develop and tune Oracle PL/SQL procedures and triggers
- Modify ASP.Net/.Net Core apps and UI integration
- Execute unit testing and resolve production issues
- Contribute to re-engineering efforts using modern frameworks
- Apply RESTful APIs, JavaScript, and MVC for modernization
- Maintain compliance with SDLC and architecture standards
Qualifications:
- 2 years of experience in Oracle PL/SQL development including triggers, packages, and SQL tuning
- 2 years of experience with Microsoft C#.Net and OOP for batch/web applications
- 5 years of experience using Azure DevOps
- 5 years of experience in JavaScript, JQuery, CSS, Ajax, Bootstrap, and HTML
- 7 years of experience using GIT and TFS source control
- 4 years of experience with Agile/Scrum methodology
- 7 years of experience developing web-based systems in ASP.NET, C#, .Net Core, and MVC
- 5 years of experience with RESTful APIs
